rtilizer Here are some tips for carnivorous plants.
Venus Flytrap(Dionaea muscipula) North American pitcher plant(Sarracenia)
These plants need full sun,need to be kept wet(pot sitting in a tray of water),and planted in a soil mix of peatmoss and sand or perlite,in a 50/50 mix.Sphagnum moss is good also.Do not use fertilizer!
In the winter the plants need to be kept damp,not wet. And they need a shorter photoperiod in the winter.
